To make Chicken Shawarma
1) To make the wrap
a. One n half cup refined flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp instant dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt
b. Mix the dough well , let it rest for 30 mins
c. knead it again for 5 mins , divide it into 6 to 8 parts roll it thin
d. on a non stick tawa cook both the sides for about a minute
e. place it in a air tight container

2) For marination
a. Marinate 300 gms Chicken with 2 tbsp yogurt , 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp red vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic paste, 3 tbsp oil, 3 tsp Kardemome shawarma masala
b. Leave it to marinate few hours. ( for best results marinate it overnight)
c. Cook the chicken in an oven or grill pan till well done.

3) Putting it together
a. Take the wrap as made in step 1.
b. Apply some garlic sauce.
c. Add the cooked chicken, pickles , tomatoes and lettuce leaves
d. Roll the wrap and ready to serve.
