What Inspired
Passion to do something different that will be remembered always
Make sure we consume purest form of spices, quick n easy to cook moms homemade dishes with consistent taste and same authenticity
Family and friends always appreciating the taste of food, the purity, the aroma and the flavours that were so tasty on the pallet.
Family members who went abroad for work, for studies, wanted something quick n easy to cook at home in their busy schedules. This became a standard for them as was so easy and they could enjoy same home made food in minutes.
Wanted to do something different and special for the society as large. (on our mission to sustainable social initiatives)
Young generation and the millennials, want the same home made food but don't have the time to learn or the patience to get the same authentic taste. They want something Quick n Easy to get moms homemade food in minutes.

For many years making my own spice mixes from pure spices.
Immediate, extended family and friends, asking for the spice mixes and children complimenting on every meal.
Passion turned to friends wanting to buy nationally and worldover...
Motivation from friends and family, to convert my passion and dream to reality.

Cardamom (KARDEMOMME as written in Norwegian-English) is the purest form of spice and has a very special meaning for us in the spiritual world.

And our mission for sustainable social causes...

Once heard a child say "i have a dream too... want to learn like you"... and we set to the mission "Every child should have the opportunity to get quality education"
