To make Egg Lababdar
1) Take 3pcs Tomatoes, 7-8 garlic cloves, one inch ginger and 12pcs cashew nuts and boil them together

2) Peel tomato skin and grind it into a paste. Keep the stalk of above boiled water to be added later to the gravy

3) In a pan, add some oil and sautee 3 chopped onions till pink

4) Then add 4 tea spoon Kardemome lababdar masala and mix well

5) Add the tomato paste as made in step 2 and cook for few minutes.

6) Add salt and the stalk boiled water for the desired consistency

7) Add 8 boiled eggs cut into halfs and place it on the gravy.

8) Add one grated boiled egg to the gravy.

9) Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

10) Garnish with Kasturi methi, one table spoon fresh cream and coriander leaves
