Prawns/Fish Ghassi Recipe

To make Prawns/Fish Ghassi
1) In a pan, add one table spoon oil, half tea spoon ginger, one tea spoon garlic, 6-8 curry leaves, 2 whole Kashmiri chilies, 1/4th cup chopped onions.

2) Sautee till onion becomes light pink.

3) Add 2 tablespoon Kardemome Ghassi Masala,2 tbsp tamarind and mix well

4) Let it cool, and grind it into a smooth paste

5) In a kadai, add 2 table spoon oil, few curry leaves, ½ teaspoon mustard seeds,1/2 cup onion, add salt to taste.

6) Sautee till onion becomes pink

7) Add the above smooth paste (made in step 4), and stir well till oil releases

8) Then add Fish or Prawns

9) Sautee for few minutes, add coconut puree one cup and ½ cup hot water to build proper consistency.

10) Let it come to a boil, cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

11) Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with Neer Dosa, Aapam etc
